Associate Sales Executive

Overview
The Associate Sales Executive plays a vital role in sustaining and expanding Sodexo’s existing client relationships. This role collaborates closely with internal teams, leveraging company methodologies and strategic insights to drive client satisfaction and business success. The Associate Sales Executive will primarily focus on smaller-scale opportunities, managing a portfolio with a proportionately lower sales quota compared to senior sales roles.
What You'll Do
- Strategic Prospecting & Lead Generation Execute structured outreach strategies, using CRM and data tools to identify new opportunities, tailor messaging, and build a consistent funnel of prospects. Collaborate with the sales manager, senior sales executives and operations to implement targeted campaigns, vertical growth and category initiatives, and identify strategic account opportunities. Leverage internet research tools, data sources, and social networking to engage prospects effectively. Work closely with marketing to utilize resources and analytics for enhanced prospecting efforts. Coordinate with Sales Managers and Directors to identify targeted accounts and strategic prospecting activities. Support renewal processes and contribute to client retention strategies by maintaining strong relationships and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Proposal Development & Sales Enablement Collaborate with teams in the proposal development and preparation of compelling sales proposals and presentations that aligns to prospect pain points and the organization’s value proposition. Developing and executing business plans and forecasts aimed at achieving defined sales targets, market share, and overall financial goals.
- Industry Engagement & Market Insight Participate in industry associations and events with industry leaders and group purchasing executives to generate leads and stay informed on trends and competitive activity. Serve as a knowledgeable and positive ambassador of the organization’s values, services, and culture in all external engagements.

What You Bring
- Previous 3+ years inside sales experience; proven success converting leads to customers.
- Drive, resilience and adaptability to take on challenges and work in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, good team player
- Strong organizational capabilities with capacity to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Proficiency of a CRM, preferably Salesforce
