What You’ll Do: Own Your Territory: Identify and develop new client relationships with companies that need top talent. Prospect Like a Pro: Generate leads, make strategic outreach, and schedule meetings to pitch our staffing solutions. Consult & Deliver: Act as a trusted advisor to clients—understanding hiring needs and offering solutions through our recruiting team. Drive Results: Close business, build lasting client relationships, and work hand-in-hand with recruiters to ensure successful placements. Bridge the Gap: Be the essential link between our client base and internal recruiting teams. Follow Through: From first contact to ongoing client success, you’ll manage the full business development lifecycle. What You Bring: Business development or sales experience in the staffing/recruiting industry strongly preferred A go-getter mindset with a track record of building pipelines and closing deals Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly Detail-oriented and organized—you follow up, follow through, and don’t let leads go cold Resilient, resourceful, and a natural relationship-builder Bachelor’s degree preferred, but strong sales chops and drive are even better Why The Bradley Group?
