Kryger Glass is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Des Moines Market. We are an auto glass installation and distribution company with locations throughout the Midwest.
This is a full-time hourly position in a very busy service center that includes benefits & paid leave. Position will report to our Urbandale Service Center.
We are looking for a long-term employee that can build a relationship with our clients, work in a fast paced environment and can handle the fast pace while working with a sense of urgency.
Hours are M-F; 8 AM - 5 pm.
Salary is $17-$18/hour, depending on experience.
We also offer a casual working environment. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION
Essential Duties & Responsibilities include the following:
Talks with customers by phone or in person and receives orders Determine charges for parts requested Accounts Receivable duties Adjusts complaints concerning billing or service rendered Other duties may be assigned Qualifications include the following: Customer Service Skills; manages difficult or emotional customer situations, responds promptly to customer needs Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness Strong organizational skills Is consistently at work and on time
