Our satellites operate from geostationary orbit (GEO), weigh only 400 kg, and utilize proprietary software-defined radio payloads, connecting over two million people. Role Drive leads through the pipeline efficiently, accelerating sales cycles. Present technical materials confidently at customer meetings, conferences, and events. Identify and qualify new sales prospects. Negotiate deals and build long-term relationships with clients. Translate business and technical requirements to find mutually beneficial solutions. Communicate effectively with internal teams to meet customer needs. Build relationships with customers and navigate complex corporate structures. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and analyses for leadership. Requirements Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. 5+ years in the satellite industry. 7+ years in a customer-facing sales role. Experience closing complex deals worth millions. Understanding of satellite communications and payload design. Strong English communication skills. Willingness to travel up to 30%. Desire to close deals on tight timelines. US Citizen or Green Card Holder. Bonus Knowledge of digital network communications and RF signal theory. Experience in satellite data communication segments. Financial modeling skills. Multilingual abilities. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $150,000—$200,000 USD, with equity, healthcare, retirement plans, and other benefits.
