This position is pivotal in driving the sales efforts for our diverse range of events, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service from the initial inquiry through to the execution of their event. As an Event Sales Coordinator, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs, assist in the planning and execution of events, and collaborate with various internal teams to deliver a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for events through market research and networking.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and present customized event proposals and contracts based on client needs and budgets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful event execution, including venues, catering, and logistics.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and track all lead interactions in the CRM system.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and enhance sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, event planning, or customer service roles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
