Job Overview:
StretchLab is looking for a high-performing Inside Sales Representative with proven experience in sales. This part-time position offers a competitive base pay plus commission after training, providing an excellent opportunity for growth within our dynamic team.
We are seeking someone who can effectively communicate StretchLabs value proposition, confidently handle objections, and consistently close sales. The ideal candidate will have a track record of success in selling memberships, making outbound calls, and nurturing client relationships in a customer-focused environment. Experience in boutique wellness environmentssuch as fitness studios, massage studios, spas, barre studios, pilates studios, or yoga studiosis highly desirable. Key Responsibilities:
- Make 50 warm calls per day to potential clients, focusing on follow-ups and relationship-building.
- Sale memberships and stretch packages.
- Leave energized, engaging voicemails that motivate prospects to take action.
- Overcome sales objections with a solution-oriented approach to convert leads into paying members.
- Drive new membership sales by building trust and rapport with prospects through active listening and customized solutions.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for new membership units (NMUs).
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, call logs, and prospects in the CRM system.
- Foster a welcoming and positive studio environment by supporting members and prospects in achieving their mobility goals.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the fitness, health, or subscription-based industry.
- Ability to make high-volume calls with the energy and enthusiasm required to inspire action.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and energetic phone presence.
- Demonstrated ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping people improve their quality of life.
- Base pay plus commission after training.
- Flexible part-time hours with the opportunity for growth.
