Our Lead Salespersons are the go-to people on the store leadership team. Your scope includes customer service, eye matching, mixing our premium paints, inventory, scheduling, and coordinating and helping the store meet its objectives. You will routinely stand on a concrete floor for up to eight hours and operate tinting and shaking equipment. During the day, you may repeatedly lift up to seventy pounds, operate a fully loaded hand truck, and push, pull, and stretch. You'll pitch in on light janitorial work and errands. You must be dependable, able to work a flexible schedule, and have reliable transportation. You'll need solid communication and math skills and you must pass a pre-employment back fitness exam and drug testing.
