What We're Looking For:
At least 2 years of experience in insurance sales (Property & Casualty license required; Life & Health a plus).
An established network or community presence that can be leveraged for lead generation.
A self-motivated, coachable team player with strong ethics and a winning attitude.
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
A growth mindset and a willingness to take initiative.
Experience using or building a professional presence on social media.
Bilingual (English/Spanish or Portuguese) is a strong plus.

Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary and Commission: $90,000 to $150,000.
Bonus Opportunities: Contests and performance-based bonuses throughout the year.

Sign-On / Hiring Bonus upon completion of licensing.
Salary Range: $150,000.00 per year

Requirements Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
Life & Health Insurance License preferred (or willingness to obtain).
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Must be willing and able to engage in social media marketing and networking efforts.
Spanish speaker preferred.
Responsibilities Make outbound sales calls to provide leads and personal referrals.
Handle inbound sales calls and close new business.
Build and maintain referral sources through networking, social media, and relationship-building.
Follow up consistently with previously quoted prospects.
Understand client needs and offer suitable property, casualty, renters, auto, and life insurance products.
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain detailed records in the agency CRM.
Engage consistently on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to increase brand presence, network, and generate referral opportunities.
