Position Summary: We are seeking a driven and experienced Outside Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales efforts within the aerospace, industrial fabrication, and sheet metal manufacturing sectors . The ideal candidate will possess deep industry knowledge, a strong network of client relationships, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in technical or engineered product environments. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the aerospace and industrial fabrication markets Maintain and grow existing client relationships through regular onsite visits, communication, and solution-based selling Identify customer needs and collaborate with engineering and operations teams to propose tailored solutions Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotes Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms within established company guidelines Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline status, and forecast projections to senior leadership Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer developments Mentor and guide junior sales staff as needed Required Qualifications: 5 years of outside sales experience in aerospace, industrial fabrication, or related manufacturing industries Proven track record of securing and growing key accounts in a B2B technical sales environment Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication, precision machining, welding , and other industrial manufacturing processes Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficient MS Office Suite Ability to travel regionally and nationally (up to 50%) Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent industry experience) Existing customer network within aerospace OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and industrial manufacturers Experience with AS9100 or other aerospace quality standards Technical background with the ability to read blueprints or CAD drawings
