The Whitney Team at First Team Real Estate is looking for enterprising, full-time Realtors who are ready to expand beyond average production and achieve their next level. We provide a clear blueprint for $100K+ annually, backed by constant lead flow, accountability, and support so you can focus on what actually matters: conversations, appointments, and closings. If you’re obsessed with achieving your goals, we’ll give you everything you need to hit them. Compensation: $50,000 - $150,000 yearly Responsibilities: Be eager to prospect for new leads Consistently follow up with existing leads in the team CRM Maintain updated client records, conversations, and activities in the CRM Participate in daily/weekly role-play and skill-building sessions Attend team and office meetings and 1-on-1 accountability sessions Provide an outstanding client experience while following the team’s playbook Qualifications: Active California Real Estate Salesperson License (required) Full-time commitment to real estate (no part-time agents) Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new skills Excellent communicator with networking skills Coachable, driven, and obsessed with achieving goals—not just “interested” Organized and manages time effectively Excellent communication skills and willingness to follow proven systems Team player with a positive attitude and growth mindset Comfortable with accountability and consistent daily actions About Company The Whitney Team at First Team Real Estate is a top-producing team serving Cypress and Orange County and Southern California, consistently ranked among the brokerage’s most recognized performers.
