AirSculpt is on the lookout for a talented Regional Sales Leader! In this pivotal leadership role, you will drive sales performance across multiple centers. You will oversee a dynamic team of Patient Care Consultants (PCCs) while collaborating closely with Practice Managers, Surgeons, and Operations Leadership to ensure success across our centers. We are seeking a results-driven leader with emotional intelligence and extensive experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales. AirSculpt provides a next-generation body contouring treatment, exclusively available at our offices. This innovative, minimally invasive procedure effectively removes fat and tightens skin, focusing on precise areas of the body for quick healing with minimal bruising and outstanding results. Join us as we continue to perform over 50,000 AirSculpt cases in our 30+ premium locations across the U.S., Canada, and the United Kingdom. Key Responsibilities Include: Sales Leadership & Execution: Drive consult-to-sale performance to achieve revenue targets and implement strategies for monthly and quarterly goals. Provide hands-on coaching to PCCs for improved performance. Multi-Center Oversight: Lead multiple high-performing centers, conducting check-ins to ensure accountability and monitoring KPIs to optimize performance. Team Development & Culture: Cultivate a culture of empowerment and excellence, identifying training needs and supporting the onboarding of new and existing team members. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Operations, Marketing, and Clinical teams to enhance patient experience and identify growth opportunities. Required Qualifications: 5+ years in sales leadership within a DTC or retail medical aesthetics environment (cosmetic surgery, medspa, elective health, luxury healthcare preferred). Proven ability to manage multi-unit teams and deliver superior performance metrics. Experience in coaching and inspiring high-performing sales teams. Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and performance analysis. Exceptional communication and organizational skills. Willingness to travel 50-75% of the time across the assigned region. Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual (Spanish) preferred. Experience with Salesforce. Physical Demands: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods (8-12 hours). Ability to push/pull/lift up to 25 pounds.
