As a Rental Sales Manager Trainee, your responsibilities will include: Fielding inbound calls and conducting outbound sales solicitations Maintaining accurate data in our marketing database Generating leads for vehicle rentals, leases, and sales Ensuring the quality and cleanliness of our rental vehicles Achieving Ryder's market share by implementing effective sales strategies Addressing and resolving customer concerns to foster strong relationships Qualifications Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field One year or more of customer service experience preferred Proficient in using computer systems Skills Required Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal abilities Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with effective follow-up practices This position is based at our rental location in Pittsburgh, PA, and includes a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $52,000, along with a full benefits package.
