Program Overview: This structured program is designed to provide you with comprehensive industry knowledge and resources, focusing on relationship building. You will have the chance to shape your own career path and advance from within, based on your performance. While the timeline for completion is typically 18-24 months, there is potential to finish in as little as 12 months. In this role, you will assist with operational and administrative tasks supporting location and regional management. Key Responsibilities:
Handle sales processes for inbound calls and conduct outbound solicitations.
Maintain accurate data within the company's marketing database.
Generate leads for rental, lease, and used vehicle sales.
Ensure maintenance of rental assets, including vehicle PM and cleanliness standards.
Execute sales and marketing initiatives to enhance Ryder's market share.
Adhere to compliance with company policies and regulatory agencies.
Resolve customer concerns to strengthen relationships and expand the customer base.
Additional Responsibilities:
Act as an On-Call Representative as needed based on scheduling.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a similar field.
One year of customer service experience preferred.

Compensation:
The compensation for this position is competitive and reflects experience and qualifications, with a range between $45,000 and $50,000. Additional incentive opportunities may apply.
