Key Responsibilities: Promote a culture of service and sales to build lasting relationships with our customers. Become a knowledgeable resource in our product categories, clearly communicating features and benefits to customers. Achieve sales goals by focusing on metrics like units per transaction, average dollar per transaction, and customer information capture rates. Stay updated on current promotions and marketing initiatives. Maintain high merchandising standards and assist with display setup and store organization. Support the team with inventory management and floor stock replenishment. Ensure accurate processing of sales transactions and maintain accountability at the point of sale. Collaborate with store leadership to enhance personal skills and improve sales metrics. Follow all local, state, and federal laws, alongside company policies and procedures.
