Their mission is to build the software infrastructure that helps the built world transition to a greener future—driving bottom-line outcomes for trades professionals while decarbonizing homes. Role Overview As their first SDR/BDR Manager , you'll lead a growing team of Business Development Representatives to drive pipeline generation and qualification. You'll work closely with both co-founders to build and scale a high-performing outbound and inbound sales development engine from the ground up. The role spans coaching, process design, and tactical execution—ideal for a hands-on sales leader who's eager to build and iterate fast. Responsibilities Own pipeline quality: Drive daily CRM hygiene, run "drift" dashboards, and ensure at-source data accuracy. Coach to impact: Lead call reviews, role-play clinics, and 1:1s; build reps' skillsets and confidence. Refine processes: Monitor metrics like sit rate and qualification %, run retros when needed, and deploy experiments that unlock measurable lift. Drive accountability: Set and monitor daily activity targets, troubleshoot slumps, and build a culture of ownership and execution. Iterate constantly: Publish weekly KPI updates and propose one new process or tooling tweak each month. Foster team culture: Lead weekly retros, celebrate wins, spotlight reps who "call their shot and hit it," and keep the team energized.
