Position Title:  Community Growth & Sales Manager
Location: Cape Coral, FL (On-site, full-time)

What You'll Do
Lead the sales strategy for our med spa services and wellness products.
Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients (you'll be the friendly face they trust).
Create and hit daily sales targets (we keep them clear and reachable).
Track performance and celebrate both small and big wins with the team.
Partner with our service providers to make sure every client journey is seamless, from first hello to post-service glow.

Compensation & Perks
Base Pay: $3,000/month
Commission: Additional daily/weekly commission when you hit sales goals or exceed targets

What We're Looking For
Sales or business development experience (bonus points if it's in wellness, spa, or beauty).
A people-person with strong communication skills—you love connecting with others.
Goal-driven, but also able to enjoy the journey.
Self-motivated with the ability to think outside the box.
Comfortable balancing structure with a laid-back indie vibe.
