Responsibilities:
Facilitates and initiates the relationship between company and client. Provides general relationship management, assistance, and customer support to clients. Ensures company’s clients are satisfied with their purchase(s) and interactions with the company. Retains current customers and attracts new customers by ensuring the client is happy and responsive. Assist in identifying prospective clients and initiating contact. Remain up to date and knowledgeable on products. Update and inform team and management of clients’ expectations. Follows up with clients to ensure their experience was positive and their needs were met. Assists in project managing the jobs. Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including high quality phone etiquette. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to adapt to the needs of the client and organization. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work independently and with others.
Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. Three years of sales or customer relations experience preferred. Completion of Sales Training classes or certification preferred. Construction experience preferred.
