Responsibilities Client Engagement: Lead engaging consultations with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a robust client base, ensuring regular follow-up and relationship building. Sales Optimization: Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities and offer clients additional products to enhance their portfolios. Client Support: Provide comprehensive support to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have regarding their insurance plans. Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge to better serve our clients and improve sales strategies. Collaboration: Work closely with the team to strategize and implement sales initiatives that align with organizational goals.
Requirement Licensing: A valid California Property & Casualty License is highly preferred. Experience: Past experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Customer-Centric: Dedication to understanding customer needs and delivering personalized solutions. Remote Work Ability: Comfortable with a hybrid work environment, blending office-based and remote work. Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team setting, contributing to group success. Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software and other digital tools for effective customer interactions.
