Responsibilities Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the client base. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors. Work closely with project management and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction. Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements effectively. Achieve and exceed personal sales targets and contribute to team goals. Requirements Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the construction industry. Strong understanding of construction processes and services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
