About the Role As a Seasonal Retail Sales Representative, you will provide outstanding customer service during transactions and across various customer service processes, ensuring operational efficiency and creating an enjoyable shopping experience for all. Your Responsibilities Welcome customers with a friendly greeting and assist them in finding products and services, handling transactions at the cash register, scanning items, bagging merchandise, and processing various payment methods.

Execute point of sale and customer service standards with accuracy and efficiency in line with company guidelines, while offering courteous, prompt, and friendly service.

Achieve or surpass individual performance targets, such as credit and loyalty goals.

Contribute to inventory accuracy by completing all necessary point of sale and merchandise practices effectively.

Assist in training new service team members by sharing best practices and proper procedures to ensure alignment with company standards.

Engage in daily operational tasks, including register and cash balancing, order processing, and supply replenishment.
