About the Role As a Seasonal Retail Sales Representative, you will provide exceptional customer service at the point of sale and throughout the customer experience. Your goal will be to ensure fast and efficient transactions while creating a welcoming environment for our customers. What You'll Do Welcome and engage customers with friendly greetings, assisting them with product inquiries and services. Handle cash register operations, scanning items, bagging merchandise, and processing various payment methods accurately. Strive to meet or surpass individual sales targets, including credit and loyalty sign-ups. Support inventory accuracy by following proper point of sale and merchandise handling practices. Help train new team members, sharing best practices and ensuring adherence to Kohl's standards. Participate in daily operations like register balancing and supply replenishment. Physical Requirements Ability to lift merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs regularly and more with assistance. Frequent bending, lifting, squatting, and reaching are essential.
