About The Role Join our team as a Seasonal Retail Sales Representative, where you will be at the forefront of creating exceptional shopping experiences for our customers. In this role, you will provide exemplary customer service during point of sale transactions and assist customers in finding the right products. Your focus will be on operational efficiency while ensuring a memorable customer experience. What You'll Do Welcome customers with a friendly greeting and offer assistance with products and services, including operating the cash register and handling transactions efficiently. Deliver outstanding service by accurately following point of sale and customer service standards according to company guidelines. Strive to meet or exceed individual sales goals, such as credit and loyalty program sign-ups. Help maintain accurate inventory levels through diligent completion of point of sale and merchandise processes. Assist in training new team members on service best practices and point of sale procedures, ensuring adherence to Kohl's brand standards. Participate in daily operational tasks, including register balancing and supply replenishment. Take on additional responsibilities as needed. What Skills You Have Required Strong customer service skills with the ability to multitask and keen attention to detail. Effective verbal and written communication skills along with good interpersonal abilities. No prior retail experience is necessary. Must be at least 16 years of age. Willingness to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Experience in client-facing roles within retail or the service industry is a plus. Pay Starts At: $12.50
