About the Role As a Seasonal Retail Sales Representative, you will provide outstanding customer service at our point of sale and assist with customer inquiries. Your commitment to delivering efficient transactions and a positive customer experience will be key to your success. What You'll Do Welcome customers, assist them with product inquiries, operate the cash register, bag merchandise, and handle various payment methods with accuracy. Deliver friendly, efficient, and accurate service, adhering to company standards for point of sale and customer interactions. Aim to meet or surpass individual goals, such as sales and loyalty program enrollments. Help maintain inventory accuracy by following required merchandise and transaction procedures. Participate in onboarding and training of new service team members, sharing best practices and company values. Engage in daily operations, including cash register balancing and supply replenishment. What Skills You Have Required: Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to multitask and pay attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. No prior retail experience is necessary. Aged 16 or older. Willingness to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Preferred: Experience in retail or service industries is a plus. Completion of all required training programs successfully. Compliance with dress code policies. Basic math and reading skills, along with legible handwriting and familiarity with computer operations. Physical Requirements Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and occasionally exceeding that with assistance. Able to perform movements such as climbing, bending, kneeling, reaching, and pulling as part of daily functions. Capable of standing and walking throughout the entire scheduled shift. Ability to visually inspect merchandise and verify information. Commitment to maintaining health and safety standards. Pay Starts At: $14.00
