About the Role As a Seasonal Retail Sales Representative, you will provide outstanding customer service at our point of sale and assist with customer inquiries. What You'll Do Welcome customers, assist them with product inquiries, operate the cash register, bag merchandise, and handle various payment methods with accuracy. Deliver friendly, efficient, and accurate service, adhering to company standards for point of sale and customer interactions. Aim to meet or surpass individual goals, such as sales and loyalty program enrollments. Help maintain inventory accuracy by following required merchandise and transaction procedures. Participate in onboarding and training of new service team members, sharing best practices and company values. Engage in daily operations, including cash register balancing and supply replenishment.
