About the Role Join our dynamic team as a Seasonal Retail Sales Representative, where you'll provide exceptional customer service and enhance our customers' shopping experience. Your focus on operational efficiency and speedy transactions will create an inviting atmosphere for all. What You'll Do Welcome customers with a friendly greeting and assist them with product inquiries, operate the cash register, scan items, bag merchandise, and manage various payment methods.

Deliver fast, friendly, and efficient service while adhering to company’s point of sale and customer service standards.

Aim to meet or exceed personal performance metrics, such as credit and loyalty goals.

Ensure inventory accuracy by completing all required point of sale practices and merchandise disposition accurately.

Support new team member training by sharing best practices and usage of point of sale tools in alignment with Kohl's brand standards.

Participate in daily operations, including register cash balancing and supply replenishment.

What Skills You Have Required Strong customer service skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

No prior retail experience is necessary.

Must be 16 years or older.

Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Experience in client-facing retail or service roles.
