Compensation:

$160,000 at plan

Responsibilities:
  • Convert pre-qualified leads into clients through clear communication and follow-up
  • Schedule and deliver listing presentations with potential sellers
  • Respond promptly to all inquiries to expand and maintain the customer base
  • Price, stage, and market properties effectively to attract qualified buyers quickly
  • Provide weekly updates and feedback to sellers to keep them engaged throughout the process
  • Generate new business through consistent lead generation and database management
  • Prospect absentee owner properties and identify opportunities in the rental market
  • Build relationships and network with short-term rental property owners
Qualifications:
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Coachable
  • Sales experience
