We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Senior Vice President (SVP) to drive strategic leadership and operational excellence within our sales organization. The SVP will oversee all aspects of sales strategy, business development, and revenue generation, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term goals. Key Responsibilities Define and implement a sales strategy to meet revenue and market share goals. Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performance sales team. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. Maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Lead market expansion initiatives. Oversee sales processes, tools, and technologies. Candidate Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related; MBA preferred. 15+ years of sales leadership experience. Experience leading large, dispersed sales teams. Proven success in managing complex sales cycles and enterprise deals. Strong strategic planning, leadership, and decision-making skills. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship skills. Proficiency with sales technology and CRM platforms. Willing to travel extensively.
