The Sales Manager leads the buyer side of the team by hiring, training, consulting, and holding accountable all Buyer Specialists and Showing Assistants. Responsibilities Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly Manage sales reports and adjust strategies as necessary Analyze sales data on sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps Work on sales scripts with agents Hold on or offsite team building events Qualifications One year of experience as a sales manager/team leader role is preferred Set targets, performance plans, and rigorous, objective standards Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease Previous sales experience Proven experience in customer relationship management Compensation Compensation: $80,000-$110,000 per year
