Responsibilities Attract new sales talent to the team Coach and train all sales professionals, holding them accountable to achieving their goals Develop expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools, and all homeownership issues Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, Partner Call and leadership training Become an expert on PLACE Technology Participate in PLACE Leadership Development program Engage in PLACE Talent Attraction Consulting and implement systems Continue to grow as a real estate sales professional through prospecting and consulting with clients Maintain existing and create new campaigns Oversee negotiations for all contracts Ensure that sales professionals are capitalizing on database capabilities and leads Qualifications Proven leadership skills with a demonstrated history of success in real estate sales Passionate about coaching and mentoring to help others reach their full potential Skilled at attracting and developing talent, creating unlimited growth opportunities Committed to building and expanding your own business while fostering a high-performing team within a team environment Accountability-driven leadership focused on achieving and exceeding goals Exceptional ability to establish strong relationships and build trust Continuous learner with a growth mindset Valid real estate license required Minimum of 5 years of industry and sales experience At least 3 years of leadership experience preferred About-our-team
