We’re Hiring: Inside Sales Manager - Waste Collection & Disposal Industry
Are you a proven sales leader ready to make an impact in a growing mid-sized company? We’re looking for an Inside Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and strengthen customer relationships in the waste collection and disposal industry .
What You’ll Do: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of inside sales reps.
Drive new business while strengthening existing accounts.
Manage pipelines, contracts, and renewals with a focus on growth.
Partner with Operations & Marketing to deliver top-tier service.
What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of sales experience, 2+ years in leadership.
Strong B2B service sales background (waste, recycling, environmental services, or related industries preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
Results-driven mindset with proven success hitting targets.
