Maintain a culture of respect and professionalism with customers and team members alike. Achieve or surpass goals tied to company initiatives and programs. Assist in the receiving of merchandise efficiently and safely. Help to keep the sales floor and stockroom organized and operating smoothly. Maintain accurate merchandise presentation and pricing to ensure a top-notch shopping experience. Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings. Ability to interpret company directives, handbooks, and manuals. Flexible scheduling to meet the store's needs is essential. Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Comfort with climbing ladders for stocking and retrieving products. Ability to frequently stand and move throughout the store to assist customers. Regular communication with customers in-person, via electronic means, and on the phone. Capacity to lift and move merchandise weighing 50 pounds or more. Skill in operating Point of Sale systems and hand-held devices accurately and efficiently.
