Your top priority is serving the customer, no matter where you are in the store. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service both in-store and online. Engage actively with customers and model outstanding selling behaviors. Warmly greet every customer and maintain a positive, enthusiastic attitude. Proactively assess customer needs and respond with care. Educate customers on loyalty programs, current promotions, and product offerings to help enhance their shopping experience. Uphold the company's branding and values by treating all customers and teammates with respect and professionalism. Meet or exceed goals linked to company initiatives and programs. Assist in receiving merchandise efficiently and safely. Help maintain an organized sales floor and stockroom. Ensure merchandise is presented accurately and priced correctly. Qualifications: Energetic, results-oriented, and competitive with a strong desire to succeed. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings. Ability to understand and follow company directives and manuals. Flexible schedule to accommodate the store's business needs. Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team. Ability to use a ladder for stocking and retrieving products. Frequent movement to assist customers and manage inventory. Strong communication skills with customers in-person, online, and over the phone. Can move merchandise weighing 50 pounds or more between the stockroom and sales floor. Proficient in operating Point of Sale systems, registers, and handheld devices.
