As an Assistant Manager of Restaurant Operations, you will play a vital role in the success of our restaurant by supporting the Restaurant General Manager and driving team performance to uphold brand standards. You will inspire your team through effective training, coaching, and recognition, ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable experience. In this vibrant and dynamic position, you will take charge of daily operations in the restaurant manager's absence, making pivotal decisions that lead the team toward excellence. You will work a 50-hour week, with 40 hours at regular pay and 10 hours at time and a half, balancing dedication with reward. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction by modeling best practices and prioritizing guest needs. Supervising team adherence to operational excellence and maintaining high food safety standards. Collaborating with the GM to evaluate team performance and providing constructive feedback. Assisting in the recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of team members while promoting an inclusive workplace culture. Acting like an owner by managing Profit & Loss, including cash control, security procedures, and maintaining inventory. Reviewing financial reports and implementing actions to enhance performance. Helping the GM in maintaining facility standards and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Are You Our Ideal Candidate? 3+ years of experience in restaurant or retail management. Experience in managing P&L by following procedures related to cash control, inventory, and labor. Ability to train and provide resources for all employees effectively. Identifying and attracting top talent to build a strong team. Strong communication skills for conducting performance reviews and motivating staff.
