Enhance guest experiences by ensuring the team exceeds expectations. Facilitate comprehensive training and ongoing coaching for team members. Design effective work schedules that comply with company standards and local regulations. Delegate tasks efficiently while communicating clear expectations to your team. Lead and motivate team members to achieve outstanding performance and set quarterly goals. Maintain service, product quality, and cleanliness standards consistently. Address performance concerns promptly with your General Manager. Support performance evaluations and promote team member growth. Foster a positive work culture through recognition and inspirational leadership. Manage and resolve guest and team member complaints respectfully and efficiently. Ensure compliance with all operational standards and company policies. Adhere to all federal, state, and local laws and safety guidelines. Utilize management tools while keeping organized and accurate records. Exhibit flexibility to perform tasks beyond the outlined responsibilities. Promote a safe working environment by following established safety protocols. Report all human resources and risk management issues to your General Manager and District Manager. Take initiative to escalate relevant concerns appropriately. Perform any other duties necessary for the smooth functioning of restaurant operations. Qualifications to Consider Must be at least 18 years old. Hold a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation. Availability to work a minimum of 5 days per week, 32 to 48 hours. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Successful completion of a background check is required. Strong leadership, organization, and interpersonal skills are essential. 1-3 years of management experience is required; restaurant management experience is preferred. Essential Capabilities Ability to sit, stand, and walk continuously throughout the shift. Occasional stooping, bending, crouching, or climbing may be required. Handle weights of up to 50 pounds, including overhead lifting. Effective communication through speech, reading, and writing. Maintain a high level of audio-visual perception for environmental response. Adapt to temperature variations and exposure to food allergens. Safely operate kitchen equipment including knives and fryers.
